This project was in partnership with Hijinx a theater company who work with disabled and non- disabled performers. They asked us to complete a placement in three special needs schools, in the South Wales area, to create art work to be involved in their production of a "Second Star to the Right". We ran five art sessions in the schools focusing on self portraits, character portraits and story telling. As part of the project we were asked to create suitcases in our groups inspired by the story of a "Second Star to the Right", these held the materials that we used during our sessions but also were exhibited in the Wales Millennium Centre while the production was on. The art work created by the students was also displayed in this exhibition.
